As partner, Scott brings nearly 20 years of experience to the firm, with a general business practice focusing primarily on corporate and commercial law, banking law and commercial and residential real estate law. Scott advises both new and established businesses on matters of structuring, financing, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures and general ongoing business matters and issues. Scott also regularly advises financial institutions with respect to lending and security issues.
