Scott Masson is Co-chair of the construction projects and infrastructure practice and has over 10 years of experience working primarily in the areas of procurement, construction, infrastructure and project development.
Scott has experience with large engineering, procurement and construction projects in a variety of industries (including mining, oil and gas, energy, agriculture and manufacturing), with a particular emphasis on mining, oil and gas, energy, civil and public infrastructure, and power generation and transmission.
Scott has assisted clients delivering major projects through a variety of delivery models such as design-bid-build, construction management, EPCM, public private partnerships and collaborative delivery models (IPD and Alliance).
He also helps a variety of public sector and private clients with developing procurement and contracting strategies and policies, along with contract templates and training programs.
Scott also frequently helps clients in the public and private sector achieve their procurement and supply chain objectives. He helps clients by developing requests for proposals, requests for quotations, tenders, resulting contract documentation and other procurement documents. In addition, he helps public sector clients in complying with their trade agreement obligations.
