Overview

Richard Carlson has a diverse legal practice focused on business law, civil litigation involving business matters, and real estate. He has represented a wide range of clients, including private individuals, business owners, financial institutions, and national and local shopping centre owners. With extensive courtroom experience, he has successfully represented clients in trials, chamber hearings, and appeals before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. Outside of the office, Richard is an avid photographer and musician, playing soprano cornet in the Bridge City Brass Band. He and his wife, Trang, are also passionate about ballroom dance.
