Overview

Lane Zabolotney is a partner at Cuelenaere LLP in Saskatoon. He is a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner whose practice focuses on estate law, tax law, and civil litigation. Lane regularly represents estates, beneficiaries, and other parties in estate disputes and complex estate administration matters. He also represents taxpayers in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and has appeared successfully before the Tax Court of Canada. His current practice areas include civil litigation, corporate law, residential real estate, taxation, and wills and estates. Lane earned a JD from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014 and completed the Trust and Estate Practitioner program through STEP Canada in 2017. He also completed the Canadian Bar Association's Tax Law for Lawyers course in 2018. His professional involvement includes the National Board of STEP Canada, the Executive Committee of the STEP Saskatchewan Branch, and membership in the Canadian Tax Foundation and STEP Canada.
