Overview

Jason’s practice includes corporate tax planning advice and commercial documentation of business entity acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, preparation of shareholder, general and limited partnership agreements, non-arm’s length corporate reorganizations and estate planning transactions He is also involved in preparation of succession planning instruments including wills and trusts and taxation dispute resolution advice and appeal submissions to both CRA Appeals and the Tax Court of Canada.

Our offices are located on the territories of Indigenous peoples, including the First Nations of Treaties 1, 4, 6 and 7, the Coast Salish peoples as well as other non-Treaty First Nations and Métis. We are committed to reconciliation.
