Overview

James Rose is a Regina partner at MLT Aikins who practises commercial litigation with a focus on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, secured and unsecured realization, construction and business litigation. His work also includes debt recovery, product liability, deficiency and delay claims in construction, enforcement under Saskatchewan legislation, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. In a February 2026 MLT Aikins review, he was identified as counsel in 2025 receivership and bankruptcy matters.
