Overview
Danielle co-leads the MLT Aikins agribusiness and food practice. She regularly provides advice in connection with transactions involving technology, including licensing and technology transfers, outsourcing arrangements and related procurement projects as well as joint ventures, collaborative arrangements and mergers and acquisition deals.
Danielle also has experience advising clients on IP strategy as well as drafting and advising clients on licensing, transfer and other commercial arrangements regarding IP. She also regularly provides strategic advice in relation to commercial transactions that include the purchase and sale of IP assets.
