Overview

Danielle J. Dubois is an associate lawyer in Winnipeg who practices primarily in estate litigation. She has also practised civil litigation as a Crown attorney and in private practice. Danielle has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba, as well as before the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada, and administrative tribunals. In 2024, she was seconded as legal research counsel to the Manitoba Court of Appeal, where she worked with judges on a broad variety of legal issues. Danielle was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2018 and graduated from the University of Manitoba with the Gold Medal for Highest Standing in Law. She holds an M.A. in History from the University of Manitoba and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Winnipeg. She is an executive member of Manitoba Bar Association sections and has presented on legal research at the Law Society of Manitoba.
