Overview

Curtis practises in the advocacy department and advises clients on a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on professional liability defence, municipal law, construction disputes and expropriations.

Curtis’s civil litigation practice has a particular emphasis on medical defence and the health-care industry, as well as large scale commercial arbitration work. He also has experience with commercial litigation, arbitration, administrative law before tribunals, construction law and debt collection.

Our offices are located on the territories of Indigenous peoples, including the First Nations of Treaties 1, 4, 6 and 7, the Coast Salish peoples as well as other non-Treaty First Nations and Métis. We are committed to reconciliation.
