Overview

Calen Nixon is a Regina partner and the team lead of his firm's labour and employment practice group. He advises provincially and federally regulated employers in all areas of labour and employment law. Calen regularly appears before administrative tribunals and has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. He has presented at national conferences and spoken to trade groups and other organizations about labour and employment law, human rights, and occupational health and safety. He is also an experienced litigator who has helped executives, partners, shareholders, investors, intellectual property rights holders, and professional regulators.
