Brian practises corporate and commercial law, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, leveraged buy-outs, cross-border transactions, corporate finance and secured lending, corporate governance, commercial real estate and other general commercial matters.

Our offices are located on the territories of Indigenous peoples, including the First Nations of Treaties 1, 4, 6 and 7, the Coast Salish peoples as well as other non-Treaty First Nations and Métis. We are committed to reconciliation.
