Baillie practises corporate commercial law with a focus in commercial real estate.

Baillie has developed a broad base of experience providing solution-driven advice to clients on all aspects of financing, buying, selling, developing and leasing commercial properties, including industrial, retail, multi-family apartments, condominiums and hospitality spaces. She also advises clients on commercial financing, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, buyout transactions and the sale and acquisition of businesses, especially in the medical, pharmacy and insurance sectors.

Baillie is a proven problem solver who handles complex and diverse legal issues. She is knowledgeable about the legal and regulatory frameworks that govern different industries and sectors.
