Overview

Bob is a litigation partner in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office who provides advice to academic institutions, employers, and businesses.

As an experienced litigator, Bob provides advice to clients seeking to navigate the intersection between employment/learning environments, accommodation, human rights, privacy, and safety. Such advice and support is informed by the specific reputational and operational needs of each client. By listening to client needs, Bob places legal and practical advice within the context of the client’s relationship to its stakeholders, environment, and community.

As a part of his practice, Bob has achieved success for McKercher LLP clients before a wide array of administrative tribunals, and all levels of Saskatchewan Courts.
