Kit is a partner in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office and maintains a litigation practice with particular emphasis on Labour and Employment Law.

Kit also maintains a civil litigation practice primarily in the area of insurance defence.

Kit has appeared as primary counsel at all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as the Federal Court of Canada, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba, the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, arbitrations held under The Canada Labour Code, and in labour arbitration hearings pursuant to a collective agreement.
