Overview

Scott started his legal practice with the firm in 1988. Over the past 30 years he has focused on real estate, corporate and estate matters for his clients. Scott has lectured on behalf of the Legal Education Society of Alberta on various farm tax issues, estate planning and business matters. Scott was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2022 in the Province of Alberta in recognition of his exemplary work and career. He has served on numerous boards and service organizations including Rotary International, Lloydminster Health District Bio-Ethics Committee and FCSS Advisory Committee.
