Overview

Ruby Riverin-Kelly graduated from Université Laval’s Faculty of Law in 2012 and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2015. She began her career with Stein Monast as a student in 2013, successfully completed her articling at the École du Barreau du Québec in 2014 and has been a partner since 2025.
She practices in the fields of insurance law, civil and commercial litigation, general liability, professional liability and product liability. She also devotes a significant part of her practice to restructuring-insolvency. Her strong experience in litigation, dispute resolution and the management of large-scale cases, which benefits the firm’s transportation department or practice.
Firmly believing in respectful and productive dialogue between parties, as well as in alternative dispute resolution, she expanded her range of services in 2024 by obtaining her accreditation from the Quebec Bar to act as a civil and commercial mediator and arbitrator.
