Overview
Xavier Morand Bock is a partner in our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. His practice includes a wide range of areas related to commercial litigation, such as shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and actions on accounts. He also works on administrative, insolvency, defamation and estate matters.
Xavier has been called upon to plead before various Quebec courts and regularly assists senior partners in complex cases. He has additional experience in arbitration cases, namely in arbitrations governed by the International Chamber of Commerce.
Xavier joined RSS as an associate in 2017 after articling with us. He returned in 2022 after a formative period as legal counsel to CH Group, the leading sports and entertainment company in Quebec.
