Acted for Plenary Americas LP, an equity member of the Trillium M Project Co General Partnership, in its successful bid to design, build, finance and maintain the Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children in Mississauga, Ontario.

Acted for Plenary PCL Health Halifax HIEP LP in the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project.

Acted for Scarborough Transit Connect, a consortium comprised of Aecon and FCC Canada, for the commercial closing of the $5.7-billion Stations, Rail and Systems (SRS) contract, the second stage of the Scarborough Subway Extension project.
