Overview

Vikki-Ann Flansberry (She/Her/Hers) specializes in civil and commercial litigation, primarily in the fields of insurance, civil liability, product liability and construction law. She pleaded on numerous occasions before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, as well as various administrative tribunals.
Vikki-Ann defended the Montréal Harbor Commission in the highly publicized litigation involving the obligation to wear helmets and religious accommodations, being successful in all courts, including a refusal of the leave to appeal sought by the opposing party in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Vikki-Ann joined Dentons Canada LLP in 2003.
