Overview

Véronique Harvey-Bertrand is a partner in Fasken's Business Law group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on private-company mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, partnerships and corporate reorganizations. She regularly advises companies in sectors including agri-food, retail and life sciences.
