Overview

Tom Gusa is a partner and the leader of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Edmonton. He has represented and advised clients in a wide range of matters relating to corporate debt restructuring, receiverships, CCAA proceedings, and security enforcement. Tom also assists corporate and commercial clients with a variety of banking issues and business disputes.
Tom has been a Sessional Professor at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law, teaching Judgment Enforcement, and has appeared in numerous contexts as a guest lecturer on topics relating to bankruptcy and insolvency law.
