Stephanie Campbell is a partner in the Corporate group in Dentons’ Calgary office. With over 20 years of experience, Stephanie is a results-driven lawyer whose practice focuses on financing acquisitions in a variety of industries with a focus on energy and commercial real estate. Known for her exceptional client service, she skillfully assists clients on all matters, ranging from legal due diligence and transaction structuring to the preparation of loan, security and transaction documents as well as closing the financing and overall transaction.

Stephanie represents Canadian, U.S and international financial institutions as well as publicly traded and privately held corporate borrowers, and has extensive expertise in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, publicly traded debt, project financings, asset-based lending, real estate acquisition and development financing and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in account securitization, factoring and derivative products and transactions.

Highly regarded for her strategic advice, Stephanie supports senior management and business clients on matters pertaining to commercial and financial transactions and contracts, legal risk management and corporate governance and compliance.
