Rick (Richard) H. Cruickshank, KC is counsel in Dentons' Edmonton office. His practice is primarily focused on tax and includes mergers and acquisitions and strategic counsel to corporations, institutions, boards and executives. He was a founding partner and for 25 years the managing partner of Cruickshank Karvellas before its merger with Fraser Milner in 2000, and advises high-net-worth entrepreneurs and families on estate, succession and wealth-management planning.
