Overview

Reid C.M. Crombie is a partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels in Toronto. He advises on corporate and transactional matters, including share and asset acquisitions and divestitures, equity financings, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. Reid works extensively with private equity and venture capital clients on fund formation and structuring, investments, cross-border transactions and secondaries-market liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and limited-partner-led deals.
