Overview

Nicholas Blach is a partner and member of the Tax Group. He provides tax and legal advice on Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. An important part of his practice also involves advising Canadian pension funds and institutional investors on their various investments and he has worked closely on the tax aspects of setting up various investment funds. Before joining the firm, Nicholas clerked at the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa.
