Overview

Nathaniel Lacasse is a partner in the Tax Group. His main areas of practice include domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financings, corporate restructurings and estate planning.

Nathaniel is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Young Bar Association of Montréal, the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF) and the Canadian Tax Foundation . He is also a member of the Montréal office's Knowledge Management and Legal Innovations Committee.

Nathaniel made the Dean's List of Excellence and received the Certificate of Honour Award during his time at Université de Sherbrooke.
