Overview
As Head of the Professional Resources Group in Montréal, Michèle oversees the strategic direction and overall operation of talent management of our legal professionals from law school recruitment to partnership admission, including all aspects of professional development such as mentoring, performance reviews, compensation, training and lateral recruitment. Working closely with practice group heads and senior firm leaders, Michèle is responsible of the firm's leadership program and its diversity and women advancement initiatives.
From 2012 to 2015, Michèle represented the firm and participated in the parental leave and leadership chapters of the Quebec Bar Justicia project for the promotion and advancement of women lawyers in the private practice sector.
Michèle is a member of the Québec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association and the National Association for Law Placement.
