In the field of medical liability, she has dealt with civil and disciplinary matters related to complaints filed with healthcare institutions and the Collège des médecins du Québec.

Mélanie began her practice in 2001 in Montréal with a world-class private firm. She joined McCarthy Tétrault in 2017 as a partner.
