Overview

Megan E. Beal is a Partner in Mathews Dinsdale & Clark's Toronto office, practising across labour and employment law. She advises employers in provincial and federal jurisdictions and works with unionized and non-unionized workplaces in varied industries. Her practice includes workplace investigations, human rights, employee discipline and termination, policy development, accessibility compliance, labour relations, employment standards, and occupational health and safety. Beal represents clients in certification matters and related employer applications in construction and non-construction workplaces. She also has experience in labour arbitrations and mediations and appears before courts, labour boards and human rights tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She is admitted through the Law Society of Ontario and earned a J.D. from Queen's University and a B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University.
