Matylda Makulska practises corporate and securities law, assisting public and private companies in all ‎aspects of corporate and commercial activity, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers & ‎acquisitions.‎
Matylda advises issuers, underwriters and investors in relation to public and private equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, prospectus offerings, reverse take-overs, capital pool companies, private placements, plans of arrangement and corporate reorganizations. She has also advised clients on corporate ‎governance matters as well as securities law compliance and disclosure matters. ‎Matylda also has extensive experience with a wide range of ‎matters ‎related to commercial real estate and has assisted with acquisitions and sales, financing, and ‎office, retail ‎and industrial leasing.‎
Matylda received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. Before becoming an associate in 2015, Matylda summered and articled with the firm.‎
