Matthieu Rheault is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Group in Montréal. He practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, partnerships and corporate reorganizations.

Matthieu has been involved in numerous Canadian and cross-border transactions for agribusiness as well as other industry sectors. He is also regularly involved in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Matthieu received his bachelor degree in civil law from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1999 and his bachelor degree in common law from Queen’s University in 2000.
