Matthew Quadrini is a Corporate Associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's San Francisco office. He advises emerging technology companies through different stages of development, focusing on corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He also assists venture capital investors with financings and with secondary and strategic transactions. Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Quadrini was a senior associate in the emerging companies and securities law practice groups of a leading Canadian firm. His earlier experience also includes in-house roles with investment firms and public companies.
