Marlon B. Rajakaruna is an Edmonton corporate-commercial lawyer at Kingsgate Legal whose practice focuses on life sciences, health care and commercial transactions. He advises pharmaceutical, medical-device, diagnostics, hearing-aid and medical-services companies, clinical research organizations, universities, health regions, medical clinics and health professionals. Marlon negotiates and drafts research and commercial agreements and advises on regulatory matters, funding requirements, risk management, contract enforcement and operating policies.
