Overview

Lucas Tomei is a partner and the Corporate co-leader in the Calgary office. Lucas practices corporate and securities law with a focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience advising companies and investment dealers in a wide variety of public and private financings, M&A transactions, business reorganizations and securities regulatory matters. Lucas also advises companies on corporate and commercial matters, including compensation and corporate governance.

Lucas’ practice includes advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on organizational matters and private investment.

Lucas serves as corporate secretary for a number of public and private companies.
