Overview

Laurent Nahmiash is a partner at INF LLP in Montréal and a litigation lawyer with a substantial class actions practice. He represents manufacturers and finance companies in consumer protection and product liability proceedings and has defended matters involving competition, privacy breaches, securities, insurance, professional liability and pharmaceuticals. Laurent also acts in significant commercial litigation and arbitration, including cross-border proceedings, rogatory commissions, offshore trust and captive reinsurance disputes, and technology and e-commerce cases. Major insurers retain him as coverage and defence counsel on complex claims. His current representative work includes class proceedings for automotive manufacturers and finance companies, corporate directors and officers, financial institutions and an insurance carrier. Laurent has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1985.
