Overview

Kristy Warren is Epstein Cole's Knowledge Management and Practice Support lawyer in Toronto. Her family law practice encompasses parenting disputes, national and international child abduction, child and spousal support, and property division. Earlier commercial litigation experience helps her identify corporate and tax issues that arise in family matters. In her firm role, Kristy guides lawyers in their practices, contributes strategic analysis to complex and novel questions, and supports trial and appellate advocacy. She is also an Associate Editor of the Reports of Family Law and assists with Franks & Zalev, This Week in Family Law, a weekly publication available through WestlawNext Canada. Kristy was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 after earning her JD from the University of Toronto and an honours BA from Western University. Her professional involvement includes the Advocates' Society, Ontario Bar Association, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
