Overview

Kori Williams is a partner in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels in Toronto. He advises borrowers, lenders and financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated lending, asset-based lending, acquisition and franchise financings, project finance, renewable energy projects, mezzanine finance, intercreditor arrangements, cross-border matters and real estate financings. His clients also include public and private businesses in the financial services, resources, manufacturing, energy and retail sectors. Kori's representative mandates include major syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing, wind and solar project financing and facilities supporting international business operations. Before joining Cassels, he was a partner in the Toronto office of a global law firm. He earned his LLB from Western University in 2007 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
