Overview

Joe Lougheed practices in the Firm's Corporate group with specific focus on corporate/commercial law, including private equity, corporate M&A, and corporate governance. Joe also serves as a member of Dentons Canada Region Board.
Joe provides advice to domestic and international companies concerning various corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, start-ups and corporate governance and compliance. Mr. Lougheed also serves on various corporate and advisory boards.
