Overview

Joel Cabelli is a partner and co-lead of the Corporate/Commercial group, and serves as a member of Dentons Canada Region Board. His practice focuses on Canadian and cross-border financing.

Joel represents clients in commercial credit transactions, syndicated loans, factoring transactions, real estate lending, asset-based lending, aviation financing, equipment financing, derivative products, leasing as well as project financing. In addition, Joel advises clients on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
