Overview

Jennifer (She/Her/Hers) practises in the firm’s Banking and Finance and Corporate/Commercial groups. Jennifer’ preferred areas of practice include corporate and commercial lending, including syndicated transactions, standby facilities, asset-based lending, cross-border transactions, receivables financing, real estate financing, acquisition and project financing and scientific research and development financing.

Jennifer acts for a number of domestic banks and foreign financial institutions. In addition, Jennifer provides Canadian legal advice to various foreign law firms.
