Jennifer Baugh is a partner at Torys in Calgary. She practises corporate and commercial law, advising clients on complex strategic transactions and regulatory matters with a practical, business-focused approach. Her transactional experience includes structuring and implementing mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments into Canada, joint ventures, private and public financings and major corporate reorganizations. Jennifer has represented domestic and international clients across mining, life sciences, natural resources and institutional investing. She also counsels companies on general corporate and commercial issues, legal risk, regulatory requirements, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance practices. Jennifer is a member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She earned her JD from the University of Calgary in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Science at Trinity Western University. She was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2011.
