Jean-Philippe has extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation matters. His practical and creative approach helps our clients obtain successful results.

Jean-Philippe is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal since January 2022. His practice is focused on corporate litigation, contractual litigation, banking law, construction law, class actions, consumer law, insurance litigation, professional liability and constitutional litigation. He has advised and represented clients in a wide range of sectors, mainly in financial services, professional services, telecommunications, technology, transportation (rail, aerospace, automotive and maritime), procurement as well as projects and infrastructure.

Jean-Philippe regularly acts as leading counsel before all trial and appeal courts as well as before various arbitration forums, including the American Arbitration Association and the Canadian Arbitration Association. A seasoned litigator, he has taken part in numerous long-term trials and has extensive experience in Court. In particular, he has successfully led a large number of injunction and safeguard and seizure order files, both for the plaintiffs and the defendants.
