Overview

Jean-François Journault is a software engineer, lawyer and patent agent whose practice focuses primarily on patents and industrial designs in the fields of mechanical and computer-implemented inventions. Jean-Francois specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent and industrial design applications, as well as drafting opinions on patentability, validity, infringement and freedom to manufacture.

He is regularly called upon to advise clients on the development of customized intellectual property strategies, taking into account their size, business objectives, stage of development and field of activity.
