Jacqueline Rowniak is a partner in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons' Montréal office. Specializing in corporate and commercial law, Jacqueline focuses on banking and financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated transactions, aircraft financings, debt restructuring and asset-based lending.
She also works closely with clients from the Montréal dynamic start-up community. Her unique perspective and insights stem from several years of experience gained working in-house at a digital music start-up company before she became a lawyer. Jacqueline brings a blend of legal acumen and firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by emerging businesses, making her an invaluable asset to her clients.
