Ioana Jurca is a partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Montréal. With more than ten years of experience, she handles complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration. Her broad practice includes civil and commercial litigation, class actions, commercial arbitration, professional liability and insurance disputes. Ioana regularly appears before Québec trial courts, the Court of Appeal of Québec, professional bodies and administrative tribunals. Her representative experience includes fraud-related preservation and disclosure proceedings, enforcement of international arbitral awards, infrastructure and construction disputes, and shareholder conflicts. Before joining Dentons, she worked at a litigation and arbitration boutique; earlier in her career, she practised at a leading international law firm and in the public sector.
