Overview

Gabrielle Tétrault is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Montréal office and a member of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation. She represents owners and contractors in disputes involving calls for tenders and complex construction projects, including hospitals, public transit infrastructure and educational institutions. During her law studies, she articled with the Honourable Éric Downs, Justice of the Court of Québec, and the Honourable Daniel W. Payette, Justice of the Superior Court. In addition to a bachelor's degree in civil law, she holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and a master's degree in business administration.
