Erica Shadeed is a partner of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.Her practice spans various types of litigation, with a particular focus on class action defence, consumer protection and product liability. She also advises clients in the construction sector, particularly in connection with major infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships.

Erica regularly provides strategic legal advice in complex, high-profile class action lawsuits involving claims that raise a variety of issues namely in the fields of consumer protection, product liability, privacy and competition law. She also regularly advises a broad range of clients in the advertising, consumer protection and e‑commerce sectors, providing creative solutions and guidance with respect to promotional and branding issues, online marketing and digital media questions as well as compliance with French language requirements.

With a keen understanding of Québec's legal framework, Erica has represented parties in matters before the Québec Superior Court, the Québec Court of Appeal as well as various administrative tribunals and specialized panels in the ADR sphere (adjudication, arbitration). She is often called upon to collaborate closely with clients, crafting effective legal strategies tailored to navigate the intricacies of complex and large-scale cases.
