Overview

Éric Lévesque is a partner and member of the Tax Group. He provides tax and legal advice on Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. An important part of his practice also involves advising Canadian pension funds on their various investments and he has worked closely on the tax aspects of setting up various investment funds. He is also a member of the Montréal office's Associate Committee.

Éric is a member of the Association de la planification financière et fiscale (APFF), of the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF), and of the International Fiscal Association, Canadian Branch. Éric is also a member of the Montréal office's Students & Stagiaires Committee and a founding member of the Fondation AUTOUR, a foundation that helps parents of handicapped kids. He is also a member of the Quebec Bar.
