Overview

Emil Vidrascu is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Montréal. His practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation, competition law and Aboriginal law, and he represents clients before courts and arbitral panels. He has handled major and complex construction claims involving projects such as hospitals, factories and dams, as well as commercial disputes concerning the interpretation of agreements, competition and shareholders' rights. Before rejoining Dentons, then Fraser Milner Casgrain, he was Partner and Co-Lead of the Commercial Litigation and Insolvability group at a Québec law firm. He has taught at the École du Barreau since 2005 and lectures on civil, commercial, arbitration and construction law.
