Diana Theophilopoulos is Counsel in our Labour & Employment Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on representing both federally and provincially regulated employers in a variety of sectors, including, information technology, retail, pharmaceutical, transportation and manufacturing.
Diana regularly advises clients on a variety of employment and labour matters, including, labour standards, employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, human rights, collective agreements, workplace policies, privacy and health and safety. She also represents employers in mediation, conciliation and other dispute resolution processes.
Diana also possesses an expertise in employment-related matters in the context of commercial transactions, including providing advice on the legal transfer of employees and successor employer obligations. She has acted for a diversified range of clients, including private equity firms, selling companies, as well as strategic and financial buyers.
